As a fourth-generation hairstylist, I’ve always had a natural passion for hair, having grown up surrounded by the industry. From a young age, I was drawn to the artistry of hairstyling, and that passion has only deepened over the years. Whether it's a fresh haircut, a stunning colour transformation, or a full beauty makeover, I pour my heart and soul into every service, ensuring that each client leaves feeling their absolute best.

Jorja is a fully qualified beauty therapist, holding her Certificate III and Diploma in Beauty Services and Salon Management, with over 5 years of industry experience. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and relaxed, creating a calm, welcoming space where every detail is taken care of. With a strong eye for detail and a genuine love for the industry, Jorja is dedicated to delivering beautiful, high-quality results across all of her treatments.

Salon Policies

By booking an appointment at Woodside Hair & Beauty you agree to our salon policies.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss your concerns. Please note that refunds are not available once the service is completed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

By booking an appointment at Woodside Hair & Beauty you agree to our cancelation policy and any applicable fees.

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact the salon at least 48 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your appointment - or - failure to attend - will result in a fee of 50% of the booked service.

• Any outstanding cancelation fees must be paid before booking future appointments.

Lash Extension Policies

Clean Lash Policy

  • To ensure the best results and optimal retention of your lash extensions, all clients must arrive at their appointment with clean lashes and no eye makeup. This includes mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow and any makeup or skincare residue around the eyes. Lashes are always cleansed at the start of the appointment (no extra cost), but if additional cleansing is required, a $10 fee will be added to your service total. Please not the extra cleansing cuts into your appointment time, which may affect the amount of lashing that can be completed.

Lash Refill Policy

  • To maintain lash retention, clients must follow all aftercare instructions. Woodside hair and beauty is not responsible for poor retention caused by improper aftercare, lifestyle factors or natural lash cycles. Lashes should be kept dry from water, steam and sweat for the first 24-48 hours, and clients should avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking at lashes. Oil-bases products should be kept away from the eye are. Lashes should be gently brushed daily with a clean spoolie, and the lash shampoo purchased in salon. Sleeping on your back when possible is also recommended.

Aftercare Policy

  • Refill appointments are intended to maintain lash extensions and require at least 40% of extensions remaining on each eye at the the time for your appointment. Refills must be booked within the appropriate timeframe following your last full set/ refill. Foreign refills are accepted: however, a $20 foreign refill fee will be added to the service total to account for assessment, adjustment and blending of existing work. If less than 40% of lashes remain, the appointment will be considered a full set, and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
